The facilitators for the workshop were Jim Marshall and Giselle Marcotte, Executives-in-Residence from Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy. The workshop provided practical tips for conducting technical and verbal briefings to senior officials. Valuable information shared included the art of "layering" information and tips and techniques to "keep it interesting."
