6:30 - Meet and go to dinner as a group

SAMPLE DINNER MENU FROM 2006

Choice of soup or salad:

  • Cream of potato bacon soup or
  • Caesar salad with freshly made croutons, bacon and freshly grated parmesan

Choice of Entree:

  • 8oz sirloin steak
    Served with roasted mini red potatoes and vegetables

  • Princess crepes
    2 French crepes with chicken and creamy basil pesto  served with roasted potatoes and vegetables

  • Pasta primavera
    Fettuccini served with red peppers, zucchini, garlic and fresh parmesan

  • Caribbean Snapper filet
    Served with roasted red pepper sauce, roasted potatoes and fresh vegetables

Dessert

  • Blueberry grunt or
  • peach cobbler with whip cream

Choice of soup of the day or a simple greens salad with balsamic vinaigrette, finished with cherry tomatoes, julienne of carrot, sliced cucumber and alfalfa sprouts.

Main course choices

  • Pesto Chicken Pizza
    Pesto, grilled chicken, black olives, roasted red pepper and mozzarella cheese served on our home-made 10” thin crust.

  • Red Thai Chicken
    A fresh Chicken wok-fried with Bean sprouts, snow peas, red onions and mushrooms and served over coconut scented jasmine rice served with our spicy Thai sauce.

  • Tuna
    Sesame crusted seared Ahi tuna steak, served over coconut jasmine rice & julienne vegetables dressed wit ha sweet and sour sauce

  • BBQ Burger
    A lean 100% Canadian Beef Burger Smothered in our homemade bbq sauce, aged cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and strips of bacon served with fries

Dessert

  • Butterscotch brownie or
  • Cheesecake
