Pre-PD Week Preparatory Info Kit and Forms
Who will visit your booth?
The majority of our PD Week 2,600 delegates approve, initiate and influence decisions on:
- Administrative and business systems;
- Computer hardware and software;
- Consulting services;
- Goods and services;
- Professional development and training; and
- Temporary personnel services.
As a PD Week Exhibitor, you will have an opportunity to:
- Network with approximately 2,600 accounting, auditing, information technology and human resource professionals
- Demonstrate your product or service and to distribute additional information; and
- Interact with 600 plus new delegates daily

A separate area of the Exhibitor Hall will seat up to 100 of your special guests and conference participants. This area will be available daily to provide an additional marketing opportunity to exhibitors and sponsors.
Session A: 9:00 AM –10:15 AM
Session B: 10:45 AM – 12:00 PM
Session C: 1:30 – 2:30PM (not available on Friday)
Each session cost $1,700
Consecutive sessions held on the same day cost $2,700.

Location
Booths will be located on the same floor as the Plenary Room. A breakfast and coffee break area will be strategically located in the Exhibitor Hall to ensure substantial traffic to your display.
Exhibitor Responsibilities
You may order telephone and data lines directly from Bell Canada once your booth location is confirmed.
Set-up: noon to 5:00 PM, Monday, November 26.
Takedown begins at noon, Friday November 30th. All exhibits must clear the Exhibitor Hall by 3 pm.
Security
Security is provided from 4 pm to 8 am, Monday afternoon through Friday morning. Note that there is no security presence during takedown.
