The following are activities/events that are available to FMI PD Week attendees who are interested in networking with colleagues and joining a group for dinner and a variety of activities in the evenings:

Pre-dinner social and networking event (Tues, Wed, Thursday)

You are invited to wind down after the day’s sessions with a refreshment and light snacks in a relaxing atmosphere at Pub 101. Located within minutes from the Congress Centre.  Pub 101 has offered to act as our after session host and meeting point for out-of-town and local attendees.

Daily specials will be offered to FMI PD Week attendees who have their conference pass.

FMI Group dinner and social event

Ottawa Venues have coordinated dinner options for our out-of-town guest and local attendees wishing to enjoy a dinner and after conference activities.

The following menus have been selected for the events, but you can still order à la carte. A different restaurant is chosen for each night and there are space limitations so you are encouraged to book early.

How it works:

1. Please Reserve your spot before November 24th, 2006 if you are interested in the set menus - if you are interested in just ordering off our regular menu a reservation is necessary as well. You can pre-register by sending an e-mail to our Ottawa Venues rep at shauna@ottawavenues.com indicating which evening you would like to attend.
   
   
2. There will be a table set up at the Congress Centre (near registration  where you can come and pre-pay for meal.)
   
   
3. You can also sign up during PD Week at the designated table (prior to 1pm).
   
   
4. The meeting point will be the Pub 101 as indicated in the Pre-dinner social and networking event.

Saturday December 2nd vs. Tampa Bay Lightning at 7pm
