Duet software enables seamless access to SAP business processes and data via Microsoft Office - revolutionizing how information workers interact with enterprise applications. Duet is the result of a groundbreaking collaboration between SAP and Microsoft, and is the first joint product created and supported by these two industry leaders.

By using the familiar Microsoft Office interface to connect information workers to SAP applications, Duet reduces the user learning curve and provides wider access to enterprise information and policies - resulting in greater user adoption. As a result, organizations can increase corporate policy compliance, improve decision making, and save time and money.

Eliminating P-Card Inefficiencies Within SAP: An Introduction to XiBuy

Session Overview:
Purchasing cards are recognized as a best-practice for reducing the cost of processing high-volume, low-value transactions. However, the full value of purchasing cards remains unattainable when card transaction management resides outside core business processes and systems. This session will demonstrate how Paymetric streamlines the procure-to-pay process be embedding card payment capabilities directly into SAP and its underlying business processes. Participants will learn how they can safely pay purchase orders with p-cards, increase visibility into card spend, and automate reconciliation.

CMA-MBA Executive Program: a program adapted to the needs of the most demanding managers.

Focused on high caliber training, the CMA-MBA Executive Program provides an exclusive management/accounting combination that no other management training program offers. It allies a distinctive expertise and the increasingly sought-after certified management accountant (CMA) designation and makes it possible to work simultaneously toward both the CMA designation and an MBA.

Pierre Charron, Head of the Accounting Sciences Department at Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO), will explain the features of the CMA-MBA Executive Program offered in both languages at UQO. He will be accompanied by two of the program’s graduates, who will recount their experience and point out the impact of the CMA designation on their professional career.
