About the Session
The news is clear. Global economic conditions have experts calling on governments to exercise fiscal prudence. How does one survive and continue to work productively and with confidence when you’re worried about the future? Caught between a booming economy and government reductions, it’s time to take control and to see the opportunities that change presents. Based on her book “Learn to Bounce: from a high tech layoff to your ideal work”, Anita addresses head-on the emotional journey experienced by those who work in uncertain and changing times. You will hear real-life stories of how people coped with their insecurities, built resilience and used change to successfully manage their career progression. As a manager you will also learn how to re-energize the team and optimize overall performance even when you don’t have all of the answers. The fact is that happier employees are more engaged, motivated and ready to work. “Learn to Bounce” is about rolling with the punches, quickly adjusting to events as they happen and taking advantage of the opportunities that present themselves as the world changes around you.
