| CONCURRENT SESSIONS Your name badge lists your concurrent session choices. Due to capacity limitations we ask that you avoid changing streams. Priority seating is given to those who are pre-registered for each session. When capacity permits, others are welcome to switch sessions. |

Admission to the Exhibitor’s Hall is free. You do not have to be a PD Week delegate to attend, so feel free to bring your colleagues. Everyone is welcome to visit the Exhibitor’s Hall from: 8:00am to 4:30pm ~ November 23rd to 26th 8:00am to 12:00pm ~ November 27th |

DAILY DRAWS
Enter the PD Week Exhibitors’ daily draws by dropping your business card into the draw barrel located at the fmi*igf booth. From Monday to Thursday, the Exhibitor’s draws take place during the afternoon coffee break, at 14:35. On Friday, the Exhibitor’s draws will occur during the morning coffee break at 10:20. Winners are announced at the fmi*igf booth, the Exhibitor’s Hall (Grand Salon) and the Salon Royal. Please note that you must be present at the fmi*igf booth or the Salon Royal to claim your prize. |
| END OF SESSION
DRAW
After the last session of every day, a draw is held in each conference room. You can participate by dropping your business card in the draw barrel located at the front of the room. Blank cards will be available if needed. The end of session draws will take place Monday to Thursday, at 3:45pm and Friday at 2:45pm. Participants must be present in the room to win. |
