GOING FOR GOLD IN LEADERSHIP
Between vision and success : employee engagement : "The team that we are"

A lot of work is required between the vision and reaching the ultimate goal.  To do so, many essential tools are required: sharing the same vision, precise role of each individual, motivation, effective communication, and cooperation.

These leveraging tools can be summarized into two words
:employee engagement.  It is the manager's role to engage and to take on the leadership role.

The best companies stand out by their high level of employee engagement. A variety of coaching styles are used by companies not only in periods of change, but also to reduce variances between the philosophy of services and intervention strategies.  These coaching styles are more and more integrated in people management in companies.

Do you have the drive and commitment to reach the top and be the best that you can be? Our speaker will inspire you.  You'll learn how
team-building and leadership skills can lead to victory and the ultimate goal - GOLD.

THE LEADER THAT I AM

Speaker:
Ms. Danièle Sauvageau, Former Canadian Olympic Hockey Coach

It is false to believe that an Olympic gold medal is a synonym of perfection. The road was filled with pitfalls and traps.  Starting off with a global view of what we wanted to accomplish, in a specific period of time, and with the resources at our disposal, our mission was: To win gold at the Salt Lake City Olympic Games.

"What if influence came from self knowledge, authenticity and consistency with one's values, dreams... I would simply need to become the leader that I am" .... Danièle Sauvageau

Former Head Coach of the first Canadian Olympic hockey team to win gold in 50 years, Danièle Sauvageau has done undercover narcotics work for the Montreal Urban Police, busted a squad car full of drug dealers, and even ordered a forced entry and rescue of a double agent whose life was in jeopardy.
