Admission
Admission to the Exhibitors Hall is free. You don't have to be a PD Week registrant so feel free to bring any colleagues. Guests can visit the Exhibitors Hall from:
8:00 am to 4:30 pm - November 24th to 27th
8:00 am to 12:00 pm - November 28th
Location
This year's exhibitors hall will be located in the Grand Salon at the Hilton Lac-Leamy.
Exhibit space
Twenty seven exhibitors will showcase their latest products, services and technologies at PD Week 2008. Each booth space will be 10 feet wide by 8 feet deep unless otherwise specified. Spaces will be assigned prior to the event. Each space will include one table and one chair. For all other booth audio/visual requests please contact Sean Downey at sdowney@verney.ca.
Set Up
Set will take place on Sunday November 23, 2008 from 12:00-17:00. The ceiling height of the Grand Salon has a minimum height of 9 feet and 6 inches.
Take Down
Date and time for complete removal and departure from the Hotel is from 12:00, Friday November 28, 2008.
Deliveries
No delivery is permitted to the Hotel before the set-up day. The Hilton Lac-Leamy is not responsible for any changes incurred for refused deliveries. Please note the maximum weight for a delivery in the convention centre is 1 ton.
Daily Draw
Enter the PD Week daily draw by dropping off your business card into the draw barrel located at the FMI booth. The draw will take place from Monday to Thursday during the afternoon coffee break and announcements will be made at around 14:35. On Friday the draw will take place during the morning coffee break and the announcement will be made at around 10:20am. Please note that you must be present at the exhibitors area during the draw to win your prize.
