Douglas Holt was appointed Deputy Minister of the Province of New Brunswick’s Management Board on November 18, 2011. In this role, Mr. Holt is responsible for the Office of Budget and Financial Affairs, the Office of Human Resources and the Office of the Chief Information Officer for the Province of New Brunswick.
