Objectives of the Program

To further the objectives of the Financial Management Institute;
To recognize professional excellence in the field of government financial management;
To encourage and foster Chapter development.

National Awards are divided into four categories:

Financial Management Institute Award (Honourary Life Membership);

fmi*igf Members Awards;

Awards that acknowledge the contributions of specific volunteers in the operation and delivery of fmi*igf programs;

Alan G. Ross Award for Writing Excellence.
