Understanding and Facilitating Employee Success
This webinar explores a number of questions related to understanding and facilitating employee success. For instance, how do you define success? Do different groups of employees define success differently? What is more important to most employees – financial rewards or fulfilling work? What happens when you cannot achieve success in your workplace? And, what can you do to help employees feel more successful? Participants will also have the opportunity to contribute their own questions. The presentation will draw on research from both private and public sector organizations to help answer these questions. The research shows that understanding and facilitating employee success can have positive outcomes for both individuals and the organization so join us to gain a better understanding of the meaning of success.
