* Register and pay for 10 individuals and get the 11th registrant FREE.
As this is a manual process, please email the name of your 11th registrant,
along with a list of the initial 10 paid registrants, to Annie Bertoli at fmi*igf
National Office (national@fmi.ca / tel. 613-569-1158).

Registration is for the full two day conference and includes the Sunday evening reception and the Monday evening Dinner and Gala, as well as breakfast and lunch both days.

CANCELLATION:
There will be no changes or refunds of registration fees after April 30, 2011. Cancellations must be made by e-mail (national@fmi.ca) before 4:00pm EST; please refer to the Registration Confirmation Number.
