Jim is Executive Director, Finance and Corporate Management for Western Economic Diversification Canada (WD) and is the department's Chief Financial Officer. Jim also has responsibility for Human Resources, Information Management Technology and Administration at WD.
Jim has 27 years of experience in programs and finance with WD and Employment and Immigration Canada.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Carleton University and has attended the Banff School of Advanced Management.

NOTE: Due to the Federal election call, the position of National Honorary Chair was originally held by The Hon. Stockwell Day. Unfortunately, Honourable Day resigned as the National Honorary Chair due to his wish to not run for re-election. Mr. James Ralston graciously stepped into his shoes.

She is a CMA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor. Lucia has 25 years experience in financial management with the federal government at Health Canada, Treasury Board Secretariat and the Department of Finance, and Consulting and Audit Canada. She has been active in the Alberta Chapter of the FMI since moving to Edmonton in 2002 and has held the Vice-president, President and Past President positions. |

Dan.Maloley@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca 613-222-0441 Dan Maloley is a graduate of Carleton University and is a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor. Dan has been an Auditor with Audit Services Canada, an Agency of Public Works and Government Services Canada, since October 2005. There, he is responsible for leading internal audits of federal government organizations and contribution audits of federal recipients. Dan has worked for several Government of Canada departments over the last 15 years, including DFO, the Receiver General, CRA and Statistics Canada. Dan has been a volunteer with the Financial Managment Institute since 2001 and was President of the Capital Chapter in Ottawa in 2008-2009. |
