Am I allowed to share my individual registration package with another person?
Please note that individual registration is restricted to one, and only one, delegate. The sharing of an Individual Registration Package is not allowed. All information regarding substitutions and/or cancellations must be made by e-mail (national@fmi.ca) and provide your Registration Confirmation Number.
Can another person be substituted for my individual registration package if I cannot attend?
Another person may be substituted for the entire Individual Registration Package (i.e., all days purchased) if the registered individual cannot attend. Substitutions should be requested by e-mail (national@fmi.ca) and will be accepted up until April 30, 2009.
What is FMI's cancellation policy?
Cancellations, with full refund, will be accepted up until April 30, 2009. Cancellations should be requested by e-mail (national@fmi.ca). fmi*igf does not accepted any cancellations or changes after April 30, 2009. There will be no refunds after April 30, 2009.
